Ordering Process

Step 1 – Choose a Product

You can choose products from a wide range:

Windows from the highest quality and most modern systems on the market. Profiles of the latest technology, produced from PVC, aluminum, PVC-aluminum combinations, and PVC in natural wood colors.

Entrance and interior doors from the Winner and Trocal brands.

In addition to windows and doors, Extol's production range includes all supporting products, such as shutters, mosquito nets, windowsills, and drip edges, as well as PVC and ALU decorative panels in multiple colors.

We offer the possibility of choosing additional elements such as high energy efficiency glass and hardware from the top European brand ROTO.

Step 2 - Calculation

Using our calculator, the process of ordering windows is simplified. What you need to know is how to properly measure the opening according to our instructions. Next, choose the model and color of the profile, the type of glass, and decorative additions to the window or door. In just a few steps, you can reach your desired product.

Step 3 – Measurement

If you want our product with installation, we can go into the field and take precise measurements. If you decide to take measurements yourself, you bear the responsibility for their accuracy. You are safer in our hands. Our employees will advise you on all possible solutions to your problems.

Step 4 – Order Confirmation

If you are satisfied with the offer, you can sign the order contract in our showrooms. After determining all technical details and conditions, as well as payment, we will start the production process.

You can pay in cash or to the company's account. (The advance payment is 50% for orders with installation, and 100% for finished products without installation).

Step 5 - Delivery or Pickup

You will be notified via phone or email that your product is ready for delivery and installation. The final payment can be made immediately after installation (the remaining 50%), when you are satisfied with the work done. In case the product is without installation, clients are obliged to organize transport themselves.
