Product Warranty
We are confident in the high quality of our products, which is why we guarantee their quality. In addition to the guarantees provided by law, we also have the following additional warranty conditions:
5 years for all window profiles
3 years for shutters
3 years for the mechanical functionality of windows
2 years against unwanted condensation between the glass panes
1 year for mosquito net protection
Our warranty ceases under the following conditions:
The warranty does not apply when eventual defects are corrected by an unauthorized person, if there was physical forced opening, mechanical improper handling, or if transport and installation were not performed by Extol d.o.o.
